Privacy Policy
At Kelvando S.A.C. (hereinafter "Kelvando"), located at Av. Javier Prado Este 4200, Office 1502, Santiago de Surco, Lima 15023, Peru, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users, in compliance with Law No. 29733 — Peru's Personal Data Protection Law, its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, and the guidelines of the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPDP).
1. Information we collect
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when using our platform, such as full name, email address, and the content of your inquiries submitted through our contact forms. Additionally, we automatically collect technical information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, session duration, and cookie data, for the purpose of improving user experience and analyzing platform performance.
2. Purpose of data processing
The personal data collected is used exclusively to: respond to your inquiries and information requests; personalize and improve the browsing experience on our platform; send educational communications and updates on personal finance, always with your prior consent; conduct internal statistical analysis to optimize our services; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations in force in Peru.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on: your express consent, granted when completing forms on our platform; the execution of the implied contractual relationship when using our educational services; compliance with legal obligations to which Kelvando is subject as a legal entity registered in Peru; and the legitimate interest of improving and protecting our services, provided that such interest does not override your fundamental rights.
4. Sharing and disclosing data
Kelvando does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share limited information with: technology service providers that assist us in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality agreements; competent authorities, when required by law, court order, or legal proceedings; and professional advisors in the context of compliance with legal obligations.
5. International data transfers
In the event that your data is transferred outside of Peruvian territory, we ensure that such transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards, in accordance with Law No. 29733 and ANPDP guidelines, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that provided by Peruvian legislation.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable legislation. Contact data is retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the last interaction. Browsing and cookie data is retained for a maximum period of 13 months. Once these periods have elapsed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights under Peruvian law
In accordance with Law No. 29733, you have the right to: access your personal data held by Kelvando; rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; cancel or delete your data when it is no longer necessary; object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances; and revoke previously granted consent. 8. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include data encryption in transit using TLS/SSL protocol, role-based access controls, periodic backups, and regular security reviews.
9. Minors
Our platform is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without appropriate parental or legal guardian consent, we will proceed to delete such information immediately.
10. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable legislation. Any modifications will be published on this page with the date of the last update.
